Beginning Yoga

This class is designed as an introduction to the practice of yoga. The class is slower paced and focuses on developing clear and safe alignment in foundational poses. Come to learn, play, and maybe even break a sweat in a supportive environment. You don’t need to be able to touch your toes; you just have to be willing to try.

Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra consists of breathing exercises (pranayama) and guided meditation to put you in the deepest possible state of relaxation while still maintaining full consciousness. Benefits include the release of muscular, emotional and mental tension.

Yoga for Cancer Patients

This class is offered as a free class to anyone currently battling cancer or have survived cancer and any caregivers of cancer patients.   The class is slower paced and gentle focusing on the breath and how we can calm the body and mind when facing hard situations in life.   Come be a part of a loving and supportive community together.

Tai Chi

This class involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing. Tai Chi, also called Tai Chi Chuan, is a noncompetitive, self-paced system of gentle physical exercise and stretching. Each posture flows into the next without pause, ensuring that your body is in constant motion.

Body Language Dance

Discover your body language. This is a movement experience for all levels of dancers to discover their inner confidence, sass and spirit.

Nia

Nia is an expressive low impact cardio class that blends simple dance moves with martial arts and healing arts, providing a whole body workout for your mind, body and spirit. Generally practiced barefoot to rich, eclectic music, Nia is adaptable and safe for all fitness levels and ages. Most of all, Nia is effective, exhilarating and fun!   Learn more @ www.nianow.com

Dance Trance

Dance Trance is a cardio dance fitness class that teaches choreographed dance routines to popular music so you feel like you are at a dance party with all your friends instead of working out! The choreography is created in a manner that allows students to pick up combinations as they learn and you’ll never be bored with a variety of dance styles such as jazz, contemporary, hip hop, modern, ballet and more.  No dance experience necessary–just an attitude of fun and a desire to learn something new and different.  Gym shoes with a smooth sole are recommended for adequate support for the cardio and ease of movement.  The key to Dance Trance is repetition, so the more you come in to any class, the better your execution and your workout!  http://dancetrancefitness.com/

Beachbody Live

This group exercise class includes the extremely successful Beachbody classes taught by Live Instructors. Classes include PiYo–low impact high-intensity moves combining Pilates and Yoga, Insanity–high-intensity maximum interval training pushing your body to the limit, P90X–strength training combined with cardio conditioning and core work.

Massage Therapy

Communio has a private massage therapist that treats the client by using touch to manipulate the soft-tissues of the body. With the therapists’ touch, they relieve pain, help rehabilitate injuries, improve circulation, relieve stress, increase relaxation, and aid in the general wellness of clients.
